Framed by the lush greenery of the Black Forest, the building opens itself to its surroundings with expansive glass façades. These large surfaces and a room height of 3 metres draw in abundant natural light, creating an immersive and bright atmosphere. The Manufaktur’s welcoming west side is landscaped with native trees and grasses, complemented by two ponds and a striking 60-year-old bonsai tree. On the east side, employees enjoy their own green retreat and terrace, designed with local trees and diverse grasses.

Traditional German clinker brick in a deep dark brown with subtle anthracite nuances conveys a sense of robustness and lasting security. The carefully selected water‑struck brick, produced with a special method, gives each piece a unique natural texture. Refined aluminium‑composite surfaces with a bronze finish add sophistication. Inside, large‑format greige floor tiles, a natural‑tone parquet floor with a brushed, raw‑wood look, wooden windows, and light‑grey walls create a sense of warmth and serene comfort.

A three-part architectural concept symbolizes the brand’s philosophy: creating unique masterpieces through exceptional engineering, craftsmanship and design. Purpose-built for inspiration and clarity, the structure seamlessly connects these pillars. Set on a sloping plot, the building is harmoniously integrated into the hillside, with its levels organically following the natural terrain. This layout not only enhances the architectural dynamism of the ensemble but also opens up impressive, light-filled spatial perspectives.
